About the Club
Vastraa Fashion Club explores fashion as a cultural and creative medium — not just a collection of clothes, but a language through which individuals and communities communicate identity, heritage, and aspiration. The club brings together students who are passionate about design, styling, and the cultural dimensions of dress.
From design conceptualisation and pattern making to fashion shows and sustainable styling challenges, members engage with fashion as both craft and statement. The club celebrates India's extraordinary textile traditions while also engaging with contemporary fashion in all its global, experimental energy.
Our Purpose
To develop student designers and stylists with a strong design sensibility, deep appreciation for fashion's cultural dimensions, and a commitment to the sustainability and ethics of contemporary fashion.
